1. What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, and PDF files.
For the best results, please upload a high-resolution image (300 DPI recommended).

If you don’t have a print-ready file, no worries—our team will help adjust it for free.

2. Can I order a custom size?

Yes! You can choose any size you need.
If you're not sure what size works best, email us and we’ll help recommend the perfect fit.

3. Are your stickers waterproof and weatherproof?

Yes. All of our vinyl stickers are:

4. How long does production take?

Production time is normally 2–4 business days.
Large or bulk orders may take an extra 1–2 days.

5. How long is shipping?

Shipping times vary by region:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Tracking is provided with all orders.

6. Do you offer refunds or returns for custom products?

Because all items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll reprint or refund it immediately.

7. Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes! For some products we may send a digital proof to confirm the shape, size, and design.
If no proof is needed, your order will go straight into production to avoid delays.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days with your:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product

  • Packaging photo

We will resend or refund your order.

9. Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Yes, we welcome large orders for businesses.
Contact us with your quantity and design details—we offer discounted pricing for bulk orders.

10. Can you help fix or adjust my design?

Yes! We can help with:

  • Background removal

  • Color adjustments

  • Size changes

  • Minor artwork fixes

This service is free for all customers.

11. Where do you ship from?

We currently produce and ship orders from:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

Your order will be fulfilled from the location closest to you for faster delivery.
