8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated period. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, address errors, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
